It all comes back to 2015 , where Damian Arias (guittarist) and Pucho Flores (vocalist) decided to part ways from their previous musical project, in 2021 Damian and Pucho after a lot of hard work, and dedication are finally proud to announce themselves as "Mathan", a south American Extreme metal duo, following with their first album "DARKROOT TZANTZA" where they use percussive influences from the amazonic region,mixed with all the different subgenres of extreme metal, in order to try to create something new out of the ordinary within their musical taste.
